Production Excellence

OEM service：

Customer-led design, we are responsible for precise mass production (processing according to drawings, quality controllable)

Demand Matching

The customer provides detailed drawings (dimensions, copper foil parameters, surface treatment, insulation requirements, etc.)

Sample confirmation

Small-batch sampling (1-10 pieces). After the customer verifies the dimensions and performance, mass production is confirmed

Mass production

Production is scheduled based on order quantity, and quality control and inspection are carried out throughout the process

Quality Inspection and Delivery

Issue inspection reports (resistance, tensile strength, coating thickness), and package and ship as required.

ODM Service：

We take the lead in the overall design. Customers can put forward their requirements (customized as needed, quick implementation).

Demand communication

The customer explains the application scenario, equipment parameters (current/voltage), installation space, and working condition requirements

Scheme Design

Provide CAD drawings /3D models, clearly define materials, processes, performance parameters, and offer cost quotations

Sample trial production

Produce 1-3 samples, provide test reports, and have the customer install and test them

Scheme Optimization

Adjust the design based on test feedback until the requirements are met

Mass production + after-sales service

Delivery based on orders, providing installation guidance, troubleshooting, and product iteration support
