Base Material: T2 Red Copper (C11000) / High-Purity Copper, purity ≥ 99.9%, conductivity ≥ 98% IACS, good electrical conductivity and mechanical properties.
Surface Treatment: Tin-Plating (Sn) / Nickel-Plating (Ni), electroplating process, uniform layer, strong adhesion, no peeling, anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, anti-tarnish.
Machining Process: CNC Machining, Bending, Punching, Cutting, Drilling, Grinding, etc., precision machining to realize various non-standard shapes.
Plating Thickness: Tin-Plating: 0.8-3μm (customizable); Nickel-Plating: 1-5μm (customizable), according to customer anti-corrosion requirements.
Optional Insulation: Optional PVC/EVA/PE heat shrink tube or dip coating insulation, suitable for different insulation requirements of working environments.
