1. Core conductor: T2 purple copper foil

Material specification: T2 oxygen-free purple copper foil, thickness 0.05mm/0.08mm/0.1mm (optional)

Lamination process: Multiple layers of copper foil are spliced by molecular diffusion welding, with no loose joints between layers and uniform current carrying

Surface treatment: Tin plating (anti-oxidation, coating thickness ≥0.03mm)/Silver plating (high-frequency low loss)

2.Terminal structure :

Connection form:

Both ends are crimped with tin-plated copper terminals (with installation holes, hole diameters φ6 to φ12mm are selectable)

Crimping process:

Hydraulic cold crimping + molecular diffusion welding. The pull-off force between the terminal and the copper foil is ≥150N, ensuring a firm connection without any loose joints
