Flexible design compensates for cabinet assembly errors, structural micro-displacement and thermal expansion deformation. Avoids forced installation stress and keeps contact interface stable.
Low Temperature Rise & Stable Conductivity
Made of 99.95% high-purity T2 electrolytic copper. Laminated structure provides larger heat dissipation area. Optional tin plating / silver plating reduces contact resistance and ensures low temperature rise under full load.
Durable Diffusion Welding Technology
Adopts vacuum molecular integral welding process. No glue, no crimping. Thousands of bending and vibration tests ensure long service life, much more reliable than ordinary flexible busbars.
Safe & Harsh Environment Adaptable
UL94 V0 flame-retardant insulation, anti-aging, anti-oxidation. Fully compliant with IEC 61373 vibration standard and RoHS environmental requirements.
