    Copper Foil Flexible Busbar Features

💡 Strong Flexibility and High Adaptability

The highly flexible and adaptable structure is composed of multiple layers of thin copper foil, capable of achieving an angle offset of ±15°. It can effectively compensate for installation errors of equipment, absorb stress caused by mechanical vibration and thermal expansion and contraction, and prevent the breakage of hard connections due to deformation or vibration. It is suitable for dynamic working conditions such as the vibration during the operation of new energy vehicles and the temperature difference between day and night of photovoltaic inverters.

    ⚡ Lightweight and Compact

The density of red copper is only 8.9g/cm³. The product combines the advantages of high current carrying capacity and lightweight. It is compact in size and does not occupy too much installation space. It can be adapted to compact layout scenarios such as battery modules and switchgear, while reducing the overall weight of the equipment.

    🔋 Low Inductance Anti-Interference

The special stacked structure design can reduce the inductance value (usually less than 10nH, and as low as less than 5nH in high-frequency scenarios), which can reduce the switching loss in power electronic equipment, optimize electromagnetic compatibility, and is suitable for high-frequency application scenarios such as frequency converters and vacuum circuit breakers.
